Customer order errors can be returned with the written consent of Kinedyne Canada. An ARM number must be issued by Kinedyne prior to return of product. A fifteen (15) percent restocking charge and incoming freight charges will apply to material accepted for return. Our return authorization will allow only saleable standard catalogued items and will exclude: Non-stock and special ordered items, directly from Kinedyne, obsolete items and items ordered more than 3 months from the invoice date. Abuse of the return policy will cause Kinedyne to not honour future returns from that customer. Kinedyne Canada does not have an annual stock adjustment policy. Return requests will be inspected by the Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise received in error may be returned if a return authorization is requested within 15 days of receipt of the goods. Credit will be issued at original price paid. Product should be returned via freight prepaid at a carrier of Kinedyne's choice.
Kinedyne products are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of shipment to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Any products found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, exposure to the elements, alteration or unauthorized repair. An ARM number must be issued by Kinedyne prior to return of product.
